NOTE:

If a member of the panel of judges (either of the Preliminaries or following tests) is or has been the teacher of one of the candidates over the last three years, he/she shall refrain from passing any kind of judgement, written or oral relating to such candidate.

The panel of judges shall be entitled to interrupt the performance of a candidate if this is deemed appropriate by unanimous decision.

The panel of judges can decide to allow a number of finalists who have not received prizes to take part in the Winners’ Concert and to run for the Public Approval Prize and the Critics’ Prize.
