a) The application form has legal value. In the event of a dispute, reference shall always be made to the original Italian text.
b) The Fondazione Renata Tebaldi will provide all candidates with official accompanying pianists. However candidates may, if they so wish, bring their own pianists to the
competition for whom they must bear all travel, accommodation and related expenses.
c) Candidates must bring with them all the music needed for the Competition
d) During all the various stages of the Competition, events and concerts, candidates shall relinquish all recording, broadcasting and distribution rights to the Renata Tebaldi
Foundation. Throughout the entire period of the Competition, candidates must be available for all Competition events.
e) In the event of a candidate choosing to perform an unpublished work, he/she shall be
responsible for obtaining the necessary authorizations and must attach copies of the work at the time of application.
f) The order of appearance will be determined by the Artistic Direction.
g) Candidates can obtain details of San Marino Hotels by e-mailing (info@renatatebaldi.info) or faxing (0549-886345) the Fondazione Renata Tebaldi.
Starting in 21 March 2009, a booking form will be available on the Fondazione Renata
Tebaldi website.
It remains understood that hotel costs are to the charge of the candidates.
